Exane Asset Management enhances its range with Exane Patrimoine Solution, an innovative asset management strategy designed without bond exposure.
The fund is based on a combination of European equities and a Long/Short Market Neutral strategy, offering an alternative diversification approach to traditional asset management models.
Managed by Éric Lauri and Exane AM's sector team, the vehicle is designed to meet the current challenges of diversification and risk management in a more complex market environment.
An alternative to traditional diversification models
With the protective role of bonds being called into question during equity market downturns, many investors are now looking for new sources of diversification.
Exane Patrimoine Solution responds to this trend by replacing bond exposure with a Long/Short Market Neutral strategy, designed to limit directional sensitivity to equity markets while remaining independent of fixed-income markets.
The aim is to offer a wealth management solution capable of combining the pursuit of performance with risk control in different market contexts.
A strategy built on Exane AM's historical DNA
The fund draws on two areas of expertise historically developed by Exane Asset Management: recognized expertise over more than 20 years in Long/Short Equity Market Neutral strategies, and a blended approach to European equities based on rigorous intra-sector selection.
Management favors a balanced allocation between sectors and investment styles in order to capture company performance while keeping the portfolio's risk level under tight control.
A UCITS solution launched in 2024
Launched in August 2024, Exane Patrimoine Solution is structured as a Luxembourg UCITS SICAV and registered in Luxembourg and France.
The fund is accessible from one share and has a recommended investment horizon of at least three years.
