Mirabaud strengthens European presence with the appointment of Émilie Serrurier-Hoël as CEO of its Luxembourg entity

As of 16 June 2025, Émilie Serrurier-Hoël officially takes on the role of CEO at Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA, a strategic appointment that underscores the group’s commitment to strong local leadership and long-term European growth.

With nearly 20 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial industry, she brings a rare blend of expertise across wealth management, regulatory affairs, corporate strategy, and operational leadership. Following a successful tenure at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), she joined Mirabaud, where she has led key functions across strategy, marketing, and business development. Most recently, she headed Wealth Management in Luxembourg.

👉 Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for the industry, marked by digital acceleration, regulatory complexity, and growing client expectations. By naming an experienced internal leader, Mirabaud reinforces continuity while preparing for future transformation.
